Keto Diet Snacks
Here is a little bonus snack idea that you normally might not think of as a snack. Bulletproof coffee is a great snack on the keto diet, especially combined with a handful of berries or something light. You are still getting calories from the fat in the coffee and the caffeine curbs your appetite.
Here is my bulletproof coffee recipe:
Add all your ingredients into your blender.
1. Bacon Guacamole Fat Bombs (Via Keto Diet Blog)
If you are looking to get a dose of healthy fats fast, these tasty keto bombs will do the trick. And really, who doesn’t love bacon and guacamole together?
2. Keto Pigs In a Blanket (Via Keto Connect)
Pigs in a blanket were one of my favorite childhood foods (come on just the name is great) and am glad I can still enjoy a more “adult’ version of this childhood favorite. Best of all the crust only has four ingredients.
Be sure to follow my Keto Recipes Board on Pinterest for even more amazing keto goodness!
This is one of my own recipes I wanted to share with you all. This is super easy to make, with only five ingredients, and it’s really delicious. The bacon really goes great with the cream cheese stuffing. This is my go to snack when I need something quick and easy.
4. Chicken Lettuce Wrap (Via One Lovely Life)
Sometimes low carb wraps can get boring, these on the other hand pack some serious flavor. She has an optional dipping sauce you can make and if you don’t love chicken, you can make them with your favorite ground meat.
5. Turkey Meatballs (Via A Healthy Life For Me)
Meatballs are one of my favorite snacks because they are packed full of protein and always leave me feeling satisfied. I’ve found people in my life not on the keto diet always love this snack as well.
If you want a snack on the go, just skip the sauce. For those days you can sit down, these are quite delish with sugar free marinara sauce.
